4 Kids, Inc. Tadar Muhammad is dedicated to all causes of strengthening
and empowering the youth in today’s society. Tadar began working with youth
over eight years ago, and somewhere in that time frame it became apparent that
working to improve the lives of disadvantaged and at risk youth would ultimately
improve the lives of all youth. It is his goal to strengthen, promote, and
empower young people to become healthy and productive citizens in their
communities through media literacy education. Tadar aspires to promote media
literacy education focused on critical inquiry, learning, and skill building
that empowers children. Tadar
has worked in a variety of different juvenile detention, residential,
non-residential, and vocational education arenas. Tadar is both certified in
Quality Assurance Peer Reviewing and “Train the Trainer” for the Department
of Juvenile Justice. He has trained literally hundreds of youth development
professionals using a combination of commercial and custom designed curriculum
materials. Some of his training expertise includes:
As a Manager, Tadar has provided supervision and direction
for several different youth programs of operation; he has provided oversight and
supervision to as many as 350 students and 300 staff at various treatment
facilities. Throughout his career, Tadar has interfaced with private and
government regulatory and funding agencies including the Department of Juvenile
Justice, Department of Education, Environmental Protection Agency, OSHA and the
US Department of Labor. Tadar holds a Baccalaureate of Arts business degree in
Organizational Management, and plans to earn a Masters Degree in Business
Administration. Ultimately, Tadar has founded United 4 Kids in a quest to
continue enhancing media literacy education in the lives of all children, who
